During the pandemic, I launched a digital campaign for small businesses, serving as Creative Director, Digital Strategist, UX Designer, Developer, and Marketing Manager. I hosted a virtual pop-up shop, creating a website with an explore page and gamification elements, and built individual microsites for vendors. This approach resulted in significant engagement, first-time e-commerce sales, substantial digital foot traffic, and positive vendor feedback, demonstrating the value of a well-executed digital strategy during challenging times.
